Comprehensive Training & Onboarding

Every new employee begins with a free, fully guided two-week training program. This training is structured to help individuals understand their role, master relevant tools, and build confidence before officially starting day-to-day responsibilities. We ensure that each team member receives personalized support throughout the onboarding process to guarantee a smooth transition into the remote work environment.

Company-Provided Work Equipment

To promote productivity and ensure quality performance, we provide all necessary work-from-home equipment, including: Laptops or desktop systems, Work software and licensed applications, Communication tools, Additional accessories and equipment based on job requirements. We handle setup guidance and continue to provide technical support whenever needed.
